Once you have submitted your order, it is placed with us. Unfortunately your order can then only be cancelled or amended by a Customer Services Adviser. You can contact them by phone on 0845 100 1000 or via Live Chat during business hours. If you order has not been dispatched they can cancel or amend it for you. Unfortunately, once your package has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order. If you do not wish to receive the package, you will need to refuse the delivery or return the package to one of our Snow + Rock stores for a refund or arrange postage for the item to be returned.
